Thank you to the Sea to Sky Singers, Squamish’s community choir for providing uplifting and beautiful songs to the residents in the hospice unit. Your lovely voices and beautiful music bring smiles to our days and we are so grateful that you stopped by this past week. Your voices add so much compassion to the care that is provided to the residents during their stay.

Please note, we had incorrectly  named the group as the Anglican Church Choir and have now corrected it for this post.

Anne Babuin, Diana Gunstone and Carlee Baker show off the beautiful new quilts.

Once again the Sea to Sky Hospice Society is very grateful to be the recipient of a gift of wonderful of quilts. These beautiful quilts have been handmade by the ladies of the local Squamish Quilters Guild. They will be used to provide comfort and warmth to persons receiving care through the Hospice Society services and also will be used as a means of raising funds for our programs.

Thank you Squamish Quilters Guild and Anne Babuin!

We are incredibly grateful for the very generous donations made to our programs and services this past week as the result of two third party fundraising events held on our behalf. Thank you with all of our hearts Britannia Beach Volunteer Fire Fighters Association and Anchor Health and Wellness. We are able to provide the compassionate care that we do because of the amazing support that we receive from the Sea to Sky community. Thank you!

Thank you Nesters Market Squamish for supporting our programs and services by providing a monthly gift card to restock our kitchen and living area with comfort supplies for our residents. We are extremely grateful.

A big shout out of thanks to Fox and Oak for sharing their amazing doughnuts with our Squamish Drop in Grief Group for their first and last sessions of a six week series. Thank you for supporting your community through our programs and services, we are very grateful.
