Thank you to everyone who supported our Silent Auction! Thanks to our community’s generosity we were able to raise an incredible $24,275! This will fund our programs and client support in 2026.

We’re grateful to one of our Board members for sharing this insightful article from The Tyee, titled “Why Canada Needs to Do More to Support People Grieving.” The piece explores the deep and often invisible impact of grief, the lack of systemic support across Canada, and how grassroots efforts—including the kind we offer through our grief and loss programming—are helping to fill the gap.

This is a powerful read for anyone who has experienced loss or is supporting someone through it. It affirms the importance of community-based support like ours—and why programs that provide space for healing are more vital than ever.
