DESCRIPTION:Please join us to cut up some “kits” of fabric to create Celestial Bags for our patients’ families. After a loved one passes away\, our medical staff give them a handmade quilted bag\, with grief resource materials and any of the patient’s items from their room. It’s a gentle way to help mourners transition from anticipatory grief to bereavement grief.\n\n\nPlease contact jody.kramer@seatoskyhospicesociety.ca\, or call 604-892-6051 ext 5\, to let us know if you’ll join us to make up some fabric kits for our dedicated sewing volunteers.
