This group is best for those who have had about 6 months pass since their loss. \nThis group gathers in the Art Room at the 55+ Activity Centre in Squamish\, for a 90-minute session together\, facilitated by experienced volunteers. Each week has a theme. This eight-week group works best when participants are able to attend all or most of the sessions\, although we do welcome everyone to join when it works for them. \nAll of our program are offered cost-free. Tea and cookies served as well. No materials needed. \nRegistration is required for this small group.
