SUMMARY:Wave of Light Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:For all of grieving families who have suffered the loss of a pregnancy or an infant\, we offer this space to come together and light a candle.\nAcross the globe every October 15th\, we light a candle at 7pm\, and leave it burning for an hour\, to give space for the memory of our loved ones gone far too soon. We will make lanterns together  during this hour. Sweet snacks and warm beverages will be provided\, as well as all supplies\, including candles. Families who wish to bring their small children are welcome\, with the understanding that all families will help to create this gentle space for grieving.

DESCRIPTION:This 8-week program provides brief workshops on special topics to do with grief and loss. Conversations are centred around a different topic each week\, with a guest speaker who works with the facilitators to share information and lead conversations around different topics. Weekly topics to be announced in early September. Drop-ins welcome but registration is encouraged.
